I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and well-furnished but lacked daylight, making them feel a bit somber. The service was excellent with a nice touch of receiving a happy birthday card and refreshments on check-in, though some aspects were not up to par. The location was perfect near major attractions, shops, and dining options, but the dining experience could be improved. Overall, a cozy stay with great potential for enhancement.

The hotel offers a great location in a quiet road in the center, with modern and clean rooms. However, the deluxe rooms are exceptionally tiny and the Wi-Fi signal is poor throughout the hotel. Room service is slow and delivers food in boxes, and using the microwave can be challenging as the manager might decline. The shower head position makes showering uncomfortable.
